Our president, Dena Morrissey, has a Bachelor of Science degree in Design Engineering and brings 20+ years experience in architecture and construction while using her familiarity working with both developers and trades to personally manage all details of your home construction project.

Once we have our preconstruction design we begin material and labor take-offs with current industry pricing to formulate a budget specific to your project.

Construction Management

Our objective is to produce a project that meets client requirements on budget and schedule and acceptable risk, quality and safety. We will manage every aspect of your project from planning, coordinating, and controlling the construction process from start to end.
